HTML meta data – MSThemeCompatible

Be aware this <META HTTP-EQUIV="MSThemeCompatible" CONTENT="no"> which is there to disable the Windows XP teletubby theme causes Safari and Firefox to completely remove scrollbars.

The issue is tracked in a Firefox bug report.
